Because of it's natural combination of Amino Acids, B-Vitamins and other minerals, yeast extracts are best suited for balancing these requirements in Tonics and other dietary preparations. Such preparations have higher bio availability and higher assimilable protein. Yeast extract also helps in balancing the total flavor pattern as well as improving the flavor perception.



Beta Glucan derived from cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast) has immunostimulant properties. It activates the blood cells such as macrophages, granulocytes and monocytes responsible for defense against infections and supports repair of damaged tissues in the body.

Beta Glucan increases the resistance to diseases and the general performance of the human body and that of many animals including pigs, chicken, cattle and pets. Beta Glucan finds its way into skin cosmetic applications because of enhancement of regeneration processes and skin respiratory factor.



Comprising of Glucans and Mannans, yeast cell walls have larger surface area and are used in food systems to bind water. Typical food application is for production of sausage to prevent moisture separation and to provide a smooth mouth feel.

It acts as thickener for health food, soft texture food, cream cheese, juices, sour milk and also as a fat replacer.
