ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Cake concentrate is a premix specially designed to produce excellent layer Sponge cakes, Pound cakes and Muffins.

INGREDIENTS :
Wheat flour, Emulsifiers, Leavening agents (Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium aluminum phosphate), Corn starch, Skim milk powder (cow's milk), Salt, Flavor (vanilla flavor), Xanthangum )
 
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : Free flowing White colour powder.
 
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Shelf life of 12 months from date of production. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
 
APPLICATION :
For brown bread.
 
PACKAGING :
1kg x 8 in a corrugated printed carton
