Mauri Sponge Cake Improver is made from carefully selected raw materials and is specially designed to produce excellent layer sponge cakes and swiss rolls.

INGREDIENTS :
Con flour, Skim milk powder, Salt, Emulsifiers, Leavening agents, Permitted preservatives, Vanilla flavor, Enzyme (Fungal -  amylase )
 
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : Free flowing white colour powder.
 
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
12 months from date of production. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
 
APPLICATION :
Use Sponge sheet (Gateaux and Swiss rolls).
 
PACKAGING :
1kg x 10 packets in corrugated carton
