This product is specially designed for making of premium quality bread and bakery products.

  • Reducing agents improves gluten quality and dough stability

  • It has a whitening effect on crumb colour and improves hydration capacity of doughs
 

INGREDIENTS :

Soya Flour, Corn Starch, Emulsifier, Enzymes (fungal- -amylase, lipases & hemicellulitic enzyme preparation) and reducing agents.
 

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE :

Pale yellow colour.

 

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

One year from date of production. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once open store in a air tight container.
 

APPLICATION :

1% on flour weight.

1kg box board box & 15kg triple layer Kraft paper bag
