ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Extracted chemically or mechanically from Soya beans, lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids.

- Acts as a superior emulsifying and release agents
- Stabilizes the product and extends shelf life of the product
- Modifies the viscosity in the product and act as a dispersant
- Promotes consistent blending and thorough mixing
- Forms an excellent emulsion for oil in water formulations
- Plays and important role in cardiovascular, liver, & cell function

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE :

Thick light brown colour liquid

 

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

One year from date of manufacture and store in a cool & dry place , away from direct sunlight.
 

APPLICATION :

In Chocolate manufacturing, Wafers and dry bakery products, Ice cream cone, Milk powders, Meat sausages, Coffee whiteners, Margarines & Salad dressings.
 

PACKAGING :

250kg plastic drum.
