Masterclass in Baking
The Mauri Masterclass is a training programme focused on sharing advanced knowledge and technicalities of the preparation of bread, pastry, cake, and desserts. The programme is designed to offer practical experience that is immensely useful to aspiring bakers and those who wish to pursue baking as a profession. The Masterclass programmes generally comprises several classes a month with about 5-10 candidates in a batch. The classes are conducted by qualified trainers with relevant industry experience, to give candidates the best experience possible. Upon request, customised masterclasses can be conducted for a premium, capturing additional expenses in the respective baking lines.
