Amanda Baker's Fat is a multi purpose industrial shortening made out of palm oils. Amanda Baker's Fat is a vital ingredient for making soft delicious, sponge cakes, premium quality biscuits, cookies and breads. It can used for icing, as frying fat and icing cream.

Shelf life of one year from date of production. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
 
APPLICATION : Use for Dough fat and cream filling.
 
PACKAGING : 15kg bulk in corrugated carton.
