ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Calcium Propionate when included into the dough, extends the shelf life of baked products by retarding the growth of mold and rope. This helps bakery products to be sliced, wrapped and stored for some time.

 

BENEFITS :

  • Prevents the growth of mold and rope in your baked products
  • It can be directly added with other ingredients to the flour
  • Does not affect the flavor, taste and appearance of the final products

INGREDIENTS :
  Calcium propionate.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE :
  White colour fine powder

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
  12 months from date of manufacture and store away from heat and direct sunlight.
 

APPLICATION :

  0.3% on flour weight, Can be used in various types of breads and buns.

 

PACKAGING :

  750gm box board box with HDPE inner bag.
